Quality over quantity is a sentiment we believe in here at Sunset, and this past fall, when we moved from our sprawling 7-acre suburban campus to a much smaller urban space, that belief was really put to the test. We purged our prop closet, picking only our favorites to take with us; we donated piles of books and furniture to worthy charities; and, not least of all, we cleared out the test kitchen cupboards and packed only our most-used tools.
